HAH! They were in my hometown not too long ago protesting a Marine's funeral. The ACLU got involved and put a restraining order on the sheriff until after their scheduled protest was over. I heard they had a divine intervention and decided to stay in their hotel rooms. Silly bastards. I think they were afraid of the bikers - I live in a SMALL town, where I've nearly gotten in fights for having left leaning views on war. WESTBORO BAPTIST OR BUST

i actually saw them once as a kid, there were few of them at that time and they were on a street corner spewing the usual bullshit and holding the signs. i had family that lived down the street from them... 12 years later they made national news and i instantly knew who they were. believe me i could fuck with them all day and still be home before sundown, and it has occured to me to do so more than once... but then i just leave it to people like this:
